Aim: We will fully characterize the bidirectional relationship between sleep and pain in D. Melanogaster.
Hypothesis: Less sleep will be associated with greater sensitivity to noxious stimuli.
Prediction: SS lines will feature shorter latencies (increased sensitivity to HCL) than LS lines.
